1. Pan-India Delivery Network

Lepra ships to over 27,000 postal PIN codes across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and premier air courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

• Orders above ₹499: Free express shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹49 is added at checkout.

3. Dispatch & Transit Timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–3 business days.
• Rest of India: 3–5 business days.
• Northeast & Island territories: 5–7 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link is sent via SMS and email.
