You can cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. Once an Air Waybill (AWB) number has been assigned and the parcel is picked up by the courier partner, an order cannot be cancelled in-transit.
To cancel a placed order before fulfillment, please email care@lepra.in or message our customer care helpline with your Order Number immediately.
Upon cancellation confirmation, the full order amount is refunded to your initial payment method via Razorpay within 2 to 4 business days.
